Browse: Browse our jewelry collections and click the "Add to Quote" button on your favorite designs.
Fill in Details: Once you finish your selection, go to your quote list. If you are logged in via Google, your details will be filled in automatically. If you are browsing as a guest, simply fill out the contact form.
Add Notes: In the comments section, please specify that you are requesting pricing information.
Submit: Click submit, and your list will be emailed to us instantly. We will review your request and get back to you with a written response via email as soon as possible.

2. By Phone: You can call us directly using our business contact numbers.

How can I place my order?

For your convenience, you can place your order in three different ways:

1. Online via our Website: The process is exactly the same as requesting pricing information (using the "Add to Quote" system), with the only difference being that you should write the word "ORDER" in the comments section.

2. By Phone: You can call us directly using our business contact numbers to place your order over the phone.

3. Via Email: Alternatively, you can email us a list containing the jewelry product codes, quantities, and your store details.

What are the shipping methods?

All our products are made to order. Therefore, delivery times depend on the current production volume.Once your order is ready, it is shipped throughout Greece via one of our partner courier services:

ACS Courier
ELTA
ELTA Courier (Porta-Porta)

International Orders: For shipments outside Greece, we will always contact you beforehand to discuss and jointly determine the most suitable and cost-effective shipping method for your business.

What are the payment methods?

To facilitate your store's wholesale purchases, we offer the following payment options:

Payment via Viva Wallet: Fast and completely secure online payment using your debit, credit, or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through the secure Viva Wallet environment.
Bank Transfer / Deposit (National Bank of Greece): You can settle your order via bank transfer or deposit into our National Bank of Greece account.
IRIS Payments (Instant Payment): Fast and secure fund transfer within seconds through your e-banking, using the VAT number or mobile phone number listed below.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Settle your order in cash upon delivery of the package by the courier service to your business premises, or upon pickup from the courier's local branch. (Please note that Cash on Delivery is available only for shipments via ELTA and ELTA Courier).

Do silver jewelry tarnish over time? Do they need cleaning?

No, our jewelry does not oxidize or tarnish. After production, a specialized thermal coating (e-coating) is applied, creating a clear, protective film on the silver surface. This innovative treatment permanently shields the jewelry against oxidation, keeping its brilliance unaltered forever, without ever requiring cleaning or maintenance.

Where can I find you, or where can I view your jewelry in person?

Since we operate exclusively in wholesale, we do not have a physical retail storefront. However, you can view our entire collection in person in the following ways:

At our Annual Exhibition Meeting (M.E.K. Paiania): Every year in January, we consistently participate in the "Contemporary Creations" (Greek Jewelry Show) trade fair (organized by Alfa Omega) at the Mediterranean Exhibition Center (MEC) in Paiania. There, you can see our complete collection and all our new designs live. You will find us at booth B22
At our Workshop (Attica): Our workshop is located in Nea Ionia, at 21 Anatolis Street. You can visit us by appointment to view our jewelry right where it is crafted.
In-Store Sampling (Within Attica and surrounding areas): Upon communication, one of our representatives can visit your store, bringing jewelry samples directly to you.
For Regions Outside Attica: Sampling can take place either during a scheduled trip by one of our sales representatives to your area, or—if there is mutual interest in a partnership—we can arrange a dedicated trip specifically for you, always upon prior agreement.
